Camping

The purpose of the Hou Koda District Camping Chair is to promote camping for all levels of Scouting. All Scouts should have the opportunity to attend summer camp regardless of financial situation. There are campership opportunities available within the C.A.C.: contact the District or Counsel Camping Chair to discover and use these opportunities.

No Scout should miss summer camp because he is unable to attend camp with his registered unit due to scheduling conflicts. Contact the District Camping Chair or one of the Counsel's summer camps (at least one week's notice is requested) to find openings.

The Camping Chair is here to help each unit provide the best program possible for every registered youth in the district. Please, contact me if and when you have questions or need help.
